The practice was established by Lynette Volschenk during February 2009 in the coastal town of Uitenhage, which is situate approximately 35 km from Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa.

I opened the practice in Uitenhage as this has become my hometown and is proud to be a member of this friendly and caring community.
I would like to be of service to the people of Uitenhage by rendering assistance to clients in all the fields of law. I would like to apply my specialised conveyancing skills to assist the Uitenhage and surrounding community in obtaining the best service when buying, selling and mortgaging its properties.
Lynett@Law is the name of a success story where the commitment and dedication of an individual made a "dream came true".
I started working as a junior secretary/receptionist for attorneys in 1984 and have been fortunate to obtain experience in all fields of law. I relocated to the Eastern Cape from Gauteng in 1991 and worked for attorneys such as Kitchings in Uitenhage and Greyvensteins Nortier in Port Elizabeth.
With 30 years experience in the field of law, of which 28 years were spent dealing with conveyancing, attending to all facets of transferring of property, township registrations, sectional title developments, registrations of bonds, drafting of commercial and residential contracts, drafting of wills and finalising of deceased estates.
I decided to further my career as legal and conveyancing secretary and started studying for my LLB degree part time through Unisa in June 2001 and completed my degree, bar exams, articles and conveyancing examinations in October 2008.
I obtained the highest mark for conveyancing examination in the Eastern Cape and was fourth in the whole of the Cape, including the Western Cape.
Ever since the day that I went for my first job interview, which was during school hours and still dressed in my matric school uniform with the consent of our school principal, I have never looked back.
It has always been my goal and dream to become a lawyer and I have since realised that the property business and family law are my favourite fields of law.
Factors such as my friendly approach and vast experience in all fields of law and my constant drive towards delivering the most efficient service I can offer, developing personal and loyal relationships with clients, providing competent representation together with adopting a cost-awareness approach to legal expenses, have all contributed to my success within the legal sphere.
